Miley Cyrus To Skip First Public Appearance After Topless Photo

Miley Cyrus will give a red carpet event at the Disneyland resort a miss on Friday, Disney said. It would have been her first scheduled public event since Vanity Fair published her seemingly topless photos this week.Miley Cyrus had been scheduled to appear at the media party, along with dozens of other Disney Channel stars to film the "Disney Channel Games," a charity competition.

The 15-year-old star of "Hannah Montana" did spend some time at the resort on Thursday, May 1, however, signing autographs for children and taking photos with Mickey and Minnie Mouse, at the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.
