Edison Chen Will Not Be Back to Hong Kong for Trial

Hong Kong star, Edison Chen, the man at the centre of an explicit photos scandal earlier this year, will not be back to Hong Kong for a trial supposingly held on 6 October 2008. According to the Hong Kong media, Edison Chen had requested for the trial to be held in the US where he is currently based. The court has also postponed the trial to 26 November.

Besides, a female witness involved in the explicit photo scandal, highly suspected to be a Hong Kong celebrity, has also rejected standing trial for health reasons.
