Alluring Nam Sang Mi in Marie Claire Magazine

Korean actress, Nam Sang Mi, shot a series of photos in the latest Korean Marie Claire magazine. It features a more mature and alluring Nam Sang Mi, with thicker make-up than her usual girl-next-door image.Some fans were not used to her new image and apparently protest against it.


Nam Sang Mi was lately voted by Korean & Japanese fans on Korean Yahoo! website as the most popular actress on the net. She walked away with the awards at the recent Seoul Drama Awards 2008.

Korean Celebrities in Seoul Drama Awards 2008

The 3rd Seoul Drama Awards was held yesterday at KBS Hall in Yoido, Seoul, Korea. Besides Korean celebrities, a few Taiwanese stars are also invited for the prize presentation.

Korean actress, Nam Sang Mi, and actor, Lee Jun Ki, (pic below) won the most popular actress and actor respectively from voters in the net.The TV drama, "The Time Between Dog & Wolf", starring both Korean stars also won the most popular TV drama award.The two Korean hosts: Eugene Kim and Choi Soo JongKorean celebrities presenting awards : Lee Jee Hoon, Kim Ji Eun, Kim Dong Wan
Popular Korean Boy Band: TVXQ aka DBSK (Dong Bang Shin Ki) performed for the ceremony.Korean actress, Yoon Eun Hye, of "Coffee Prince" fame did not walk the red carpet for Seoul drama awards though she was touted as a hot contestant to win the Best Actress award; Taiwanese actress, Pan Lili grabbed the award instead.

Korean actor, Lee Jun Ki and actress, Nam Sang Mi were voted the most popular actor and actress on the net respectively on 13 October at Korea Yahoo! website. The voting was organised by Korean's three major satellite TV station and was opened to Korean & Japanese netizen. About 2.7 million netizens casted the votes. Korean movie "The Time Between Dog and Wolf" starring Lee Jun Ki and Nam Sang Mi also won the most popular TV drama. The prize presentation ceremony will be held on 14 October in conjuction with Seoul's TV drama awards .
