Pamela Anderson gave Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner a naked birthday treat by presenting his cake in the nude. Pamela's censored nude show was broadcast on U.S. reality show "The Girls Next Door" on Sunday - six months after Hugh's birthday bash in Nevada.In a bid to avoid offending the more prudish viewers, Pamela's nipples and genitals were blurred by broadcasters.Pamela Anderson, who has posed for Hugh's Playboy magazine 13 times, joined his three girlfriends Holly Madison, Bridget Marquardt, and Kendra Wilkinson at the party in Las Vegas.The 41-year-old former Playboy girl also performed a lap dance for the millionaire after arriving at his 82nd birthday in nothing but a pair of high heels.
